Reaction to RCMA No Color?

So I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a skin reaction to RCMA no color powder. I've got these weird red patches under my eyes, SUPER dry and kinda irritated. I'm not sure if it's from the powder since it's new, or the weather, or what. Has anyone else had a similar reaction to the powder?

I haven't had any reaction from it personally... Are you using any different skin care?
It could also be a sensitivity to the talc in the product.

I have the same problem with the red dots under my eyes when I try to set my concealer with the RCMA No color powder. Either we got the bad batch or we are just allergic to some kind of ingredient thats in the powder, cause I've never had any allergic reaction to other make-up or powders.
