Rimmel 25 hr lasting foundation.

I just purchased this foundation. I haven't tried it yet. What is the best way to apply it? I have a beauty blender style sponge and a kabuki brush. I want full coverage without it getting cakey. Do you use a primer under it? I spent 8 bucks on it, which is pricey for me.

I've tried it, I liked it when they were In the little squeezy tube but I did buy it again when they released it with a pump in a bottle aswell. I feel like this foundation can be a hit or a miss, some days I loved it and other days not so much. It's supposed to be usable without a primer however I'd at least have a light moisturiser on underneath as I find it can become cakey quite easily, I preferred using a sponge (the RT one) but it did apply nicely with a brush too if you stipple it, it does have pretty decent coverage. If you have normal/dry skin I'd recommend giving the Rimmel match perfection a go aswell, that's been my go to foundation the last few months. :)

I ended up returning the foundation, I tried applying it with brush, beauty sponge and fingers. it was horribly cakey. made me look old. I just got my old fav standby, Rimmel Stay Matte foundation. I love that foundation

You guys are so lucky you can return drugstore products lol! We came here in Australia and I payed like 15$ for That foundation haha! I do like the match perfection a lot more than the 25 hour stay, I find mixing the 25 hour stay with foundations that don't last as long is a better alternative to wearing it alone because it is such a thick consistency.
