I have oily, dry skin. It is strange because my skin will be flaking like heck and then I put my face on something and then whatever I put it on is oily because of my skin!! I have acne pretty moderately tho, anything you guys recommend?? Thanks a ton❤️❤️

You may be mistaking your dry skin for dead skin. Try exfoliating

Are those all cleansers? Do you tone and moisturize? Are you exfoliating?

That small orange bottle is a toner. It's a prehistoric formula as far as skincare goes; the original from that brand dated back to the 50s if I'm not mistaken. One of the first ingredients is SD (solvent) alcohol, which is terrible for your skin, and is likely contributing to both your dryness (because it removes moisture from the skin) and oiliness (your skin is trying to compensate for being dried out). It also has a significant amount of fragrance, which is never something your skin needs. The worst part maybe is that it advertises salicylic acid on the label but doesn't even contain it according to the ingredient list. It contains lactic acid, which is not going to exfoliate inside your pores, even in a good formula, as AHA's are not oil soluble.
If you're really looking for an excellent formulation for an exfoliating product, the vast majority are a bit of a higher price point. Neutrogena used to make one but it was unfortunately discontinued, and for drugstore items I haven't found a suitable replacement in years. Try Paula's Choice if you wanna take that step.
For moisturizer, I'd recommend something lightweight yet effective. CeraVe makes a great PM moisturizer at a decent price, and you can get it at most drugstores. They also make a pretty good SPF 30 daytime moisturizer which may be a good starting point for you unless you're just too oily. That Clean and Clear one is technically at the correct PH from what I understand, but contains only.5% salicylic acid (you want at least 1%) and has a menthol derivative which is likely irritating your skin further.
The Extra Gentle Cleanser from Neutrogena actually isn't bad, but you can go ahead and drop the other too. Grapefruit isn't good for your skin, and the salicylic acid in that product isn't at the right PH to do anything, nor would it be on the skin long enough in a cleanser to begin with. The other cleanser isn't terrible, but isn't as good of a formula as the Neutrogena Extra Gentle in my opinion.
