I need to know what is the best palette for I can wear. I don't know if it is Too Faced, Urban Decay, etc. I need help that I don't want the eye shadow for fall off. Please help and any products that will help me. Thanks.

"Best" is subjective because what might work for others might not work for you. I highly recommend the Lorac Pro palettes, they're perfectly pigmented and blend so smoothly and easily. They also come with an eye primer (:

I really like the naked palettes. I have naked 2 basics. And I would 100% recommend them.

Anastasia Beverly Hills have great shadows and too faced as well as urban decay they all blend lovely for me however I agree with Alexis some shadows might work for me but not you.
