Eyeshadow Palette Recommendations

Hi, beauties! I'm looking into get a good eyeshadow palette for myself, but I'm not sure which one to get. I've wanted an all-matte neutral-colored eyeshadow palette. I don't really use or like over-glittery shadows but I could do shadows with a bit of shimmer, although I would prefer all matte shadows in the palette. I'm looking for shadows that are blendable and pigmented, because I do like bold eye looks.

Thanks for your help!

P.S: I would love to hear your opinions on whether I should buy a specific palette or build my own with singular eyeshadows.

Pur minerals love your selfie palette is a great palette for pigmentation and a variety of matte colours and only has to partly shimmery colours that are really easy to blend, also has a great affordable price. But it comes with a blush, bronzer, and a highlighter. Amazing to travel with to. My favourite palette.

I say build your own. I find most larger premade palates there are a few shades I don't use, however I built a 15pan Mac eyeshadow palate and I use every single shade.

If you want something cost effective, then the Coastal Scents 252 (I think that's the number) pallet is amazing. So many colors and the pigmentation is great. Might take a little longer to blend though. On the pricier side, I LOVE the Urban Decay Electric pallet. The colors are crazy pigmented and I even have a hard time getting it off my lids even with an eye primer and color pencil. Lol.

Make your own. Especially if it's for personal use.
Making your own you can specifically pick out shades that YOU like.
I don't ever really buy palettes for personal use because I end up only using like 4 out of 12 shades lol I'm quite picky with my neutrals, they have to be quite warm toned otherwise they end up looking ashy/dull
Plus, this way you get make sure they're all matte.

I have the TooFaced Natural Matte palette, and I really like it! Not so many bold shades, but very versatile and pigmented.

I agree that KVD Shade & Light is an excellent neutral palette, I would also suggest Tarte Tartlette. It is all matte shades, 8 neutrals with 4 pink/plum shades. The shadows are long wearing and blend well.

There are so many palettes that I love! I honestly couldn't narrow it down to one. So my top 3 favorites are •Urban decay Naked 1,2,3 2

I also have a z palette I put together a year ago that's actually like my real favorite but I forgot the names of a lot of my singles. But I definitely wanted to throw that in too.

My favorite is the Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette and it comes in either half matte half shimmer or there is the Too Faced Matte Natural Eyes Palette.
