I have recently started to get into doing winged eyeliner, but the one I bought (Wet n Wild Mega Liner in Black) smudges like no other. I did my makeup/eyeliner at like 9:15-9:30 this morning, haven't done anything and this is what it looks like😡

I suggest getting the Inglot gel liner :) it won't smudge and it is really pigmented. You will need to buy an angled brush to apply it but there are good and affordables brands like EcoTools.

And for mascara the Covergirl Supersizer is amazing! holds the curls, adds length and won't flake :)

Do you have hooded eyes? I do and the only liner I've used that's never smudged, budged, or transferred onto the hood of my eye is the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner, it really does stay all day and I highly recommend it! For mascara I love the Maybelline Great Lash for drugstore and Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof for high end (:

I love Maybelline's gel liner. I can shower and it stays on if I'm careful. it's really pigmented and easy to use.

A good inexpensive liner is the Milani Infinite liquid liner. It's legitimately SO waterproof.
It lasts on my quite oily hooded eyes.
It's around 5-$6 and works just as good as my MAC Liquidlast (another good option) which is super long wearing.

I remember testing it out compared to other liquids and gels and that stuff just didn't budge or fade whatsoever.
Just make sure it's completely dry.
