How to get rid of a huge whitehead?!

I have this annoying white head that hurts and looks disgusting. I do not want to pop it with my fingers...how else can I get rid of it?! It's been here for two days :( I always shower on a daily basis in scorching hot water and that hasn't done the trick. What else do you suggest?

I've heard ice! Take an ice cube and apply to whitehead for 30-40 second increments. Do this until either it melts all the way or you just get tired of doing it. I always forget about this method until after I've popped the white head. I suppose it's worth a try. Theory is the ice helps brings down the inflammation, reducing the size.
