Hi, can someone please give me advice to reduce my dark circles. They aren't hereditary, only I have them in my family.

Also, is my face discernibly assymetric?

Just because your family doesn't have them as bad doesn't mean there aren't genetic factors at play. If you are consistently getting enough sleep and you aren't experiencing significant water retention in your face it's likely a hereditary thing.

Ultimately the only thing you can do outside of getting cosmetic surgery is take care of your skin and use a concealer daily.

And your face is lovely dear; perfectly symmetrical faces are basically an anomaly. My philtral columns (the lines going up from the cupid's bow of your lip) are not perfectly symmetrical for example.
