Hello hello!!
I need your ideas! tomorrow we have a big event at my job where our employees can bring their family to visit our site Ana we will have a lot of visitors (1500!!).
I will be at the welcoming table and I will wear a red jacket and a red cap.

I have no idea what to do with my makeup... I need your help!

what I know is that I won't wear foundation and I won't have any time to do touch up. the only lipstick that are really long wearing are on the mauve and brown side, could it work even with the red outfit? how should I do my eye makeup?
you all always have amazing ideas, I really want to look my best as this is a major event for our 50th anniversary!

Like Madison has shown here ^^^, I think you'd look great in a pinky-nude smokey eye with this look. Red clothing does a lot of talking on its own so when I wear it I try to balance my makeup accordingly. And since you'll also be wearing a hat with the color actually framing your face, that will make it even more pronounced if you are wearing clashing colors on your eyes/lips or if you are wearing a particularly bold makeup look. My suggestion would be to harmonize the loudness of the red clothing by dialing down the makeup look somewhat by sticking to nudes.
I'm thinking something like this:

Or this for a more natural look.

Or even this if you want to glam it up a bit

You could go either 2 ways. With consideration to the warm lip colors, no foundation and a red outfit, I would consider a defined eye. But not overdone. Either black eyeliner and lots of mascara like this. It's impactful, but clean looking and not overdone.

Or you can try a moderate smokey. eye using soft bronzy browns. No black or grays and little to no liner will keep it looking soft and complimentary to warm lip colors and will look harmonious. I wouldn't use as much bronzer as this pic and you could apply a little less shadow if you're going with the mauve shade or with whatever you're comfortable with.
