I reccomend taking biotin supplements(: Also make a nail care routine. Buy nice cuticle balm, cream, remover, etc. and use that(: Also its important to use a hand cream and massage your hands to increase circulation(: If you have weak nails use a strengthener and if you have dry cuticles massage a little olive oil in them(:

Brittany, you can buy nail care items at drugstores for cheap(: Like you can get Burts Bees Lemon Cuticle Butter ( very popular ) or use vaseline on your cuticles. And you can buy oils such as olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, etc. and mix that in a little bottle(: Just massage it on cuticles once a day or once a week depending on how dry your cuticles are(:
