I would pop them. And then put concealer or foundation or both on the pimples and black heads.

Pop them and wen u do keep squeezing the pimple until blood comes out because wen blood comes you know the gross stuff is out!

I can't tell properly from your photo but I would guess you have mild to POSSIBLY moderate acne. Go to a dermatologist. They can help you with the acne before it gets worse and also with the scarring :)
