Don't wear makeup outside of dance, or wear a minimal amount(: and find a skin routine that works the best for you and stick to it

Make sure you have a good but simple skincare regime. In the morning just splash with water and wipe over with some cotton pads soaked in rose water. If your skin is slightly oily use witch hazel instead. Then apply a light preferably organic day cream and you're good to go.

After dancing make sure you remove your make up thoroughly. In the evening use a small amount of coconut oil and massage over dry skin. In a sink grab a damp flannel with water as warm as you can take and remove the oil residue from your skin. Wipe until clean. And that's it!

You said you have a lot of blemishes so add a drop of either lavender or tea tree essential oil to your coconut oil and to your witch hazel in the morning. This will help to purify the skin. Exfoliate once a week.
