What should I do for redness and pimples?

It doesnt matter how much i am moustrizing my skin it always dry and because of it always red and i cant deal with my pimples and acne what should i do?

Use jojoba, coconut, or almond oil. It will help heal your skin and doesn't break you out. You can also try ponds, dermatologists recommend that for rosacea or dry skin.

Cider vinegar..it might sound crazy but it works to me..what i do is wash my face with neutrogrna cleanser..than i wer a cotton ball with water and than vinegar..i clean my face with..it takes away everything that the cleanser did not..than i put moisturizer..in the morning right after i shower i do the same with the cotton ball i skip the neutrogrna cus too much can really take away the skin natural look..than moisturizer make up and u ready :) it has to be cider vinegar!

i use burts bees cleanser and toner and then i apply loreal pure zone moustrizer or bepanthen
