I wouldn't recommend prenatal vitamins unless you're pregnant. It can actually confuse your system. You could try taking Biotin for hair and nail growth. It can be found in the vitamin and supplement section

You can use the shampoo and conditioner "mane and tail". It helps with growing your hair out

I personally never have tried Biotin, but i've tried Perfectil and it didn't agree with me.

Biotin 500 or 1000mg. If your not a pill popper they have it in a tablet chewable form which I like. Not only is it good for hair growth but it gives u shine for healthy hair. You'll also want to include a daily multivitamin aswell, in which I buy the gummies. Hope that was helpful. :-)

Yes but it is also for humans. It does help your hair grow out. I've used it a couple of times when I wanted to grow my hair out. You can look it up and find out more about it. But I love it plus it helps with volume!!

Also if you do decide to use the Biotin you should take a multivitamin or hair skin and nail pills. I use the hair skin and nails and I love it.

You should try it. I mean it works better on diff people. For me I love it. My cousin started using it around oct and she loves it and her hair as grown out a lot.

You can get mane n tail at Walmart. Sometimes it's with the pets stuff. And it's big bottles so its worth the money. Its like $5 a bottle.
