Clarasonics are made to be gentle enough to use twice daily. In the morning I use my Mario Badescu no foam cleanser, and at might I use the daily microdelivery wash. I've had no problems, but if your concerned about using it daily get the sensitive brush.

I use my shiseido extra gentle foaming cleanser or the physiological gel cleanser by la Roche posay. Both very good for my skin type. Try and find one suitable for your skin type though.

Purity is fantastic. I love it because my face doesn't feel tight after using it and it removes makeup. It works great with my clarisonic and I moisturize with Clinique dramatically different lotion after I'm done

And Kaysey, I get freckles only in the summer and they hang around for a while, but with my Clarisonic they are no where to be found. Same with blackheads!
