I use it for so many things , on the ends of my hair , I also gently rub it into my scalp . I use it instead of a moisturizer a few nights a week , also as a lip moisturizer !! My skin loves it !!!

I make a coconut oil treatment with a tbsp of coconut oil and a few squirts of honey and then pop it in the microwave I find that when I leave it on my hair overnight and wash it out in the morning it makes my hair extremely soft and shiny but it also looks very greasy, it usually takes two washes until it looks nice. You really need to experiment with how much you use and stuff. I don't think it actually helps your hair grow but it does add a lot of moisture which will improve your overall hair health. It definitely helps with frizz though, sometimes I will take a very small amount and work it into my ends and it smooths them down

I got some coconut oil and I have a question or 2. Does coconut oil help get rid of frizz? And, does coconut oil help your hair grow?
