Dupe for Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation?

I have oily skin and acne scars. I've heard great things about the Estée Lauder double wear but I just can't justify paying $37 for a foundation. Does anyone know of a good dupe?

Are you talking about just the double wear or the double wear maximum camouflage face and body foundation? The camouflage is one of my faves it covers everything with ease. If you want a good drugstore brand to help with full coverage the Maybelline matte mousse is absolutely great for coverage and here's another thing you can add to it is hard candy camouflage concealer BAM! Those two combine you got a drug store version of estee lauder maximum camouflage. I have freckles so I'm always testing out product's to see if they pass the freckle hiding test lol. I also agree with Jocelyne cosmetic company store is great for a lower cost of estee products.

Alma M. I'm not really sure, I just heard Estée Lauder double wear was great for full coverage and covered acne scars. Hailey P. I've tried that one, it bothered my skin.

Alex P. Are you talking about the whipped version? If so, it also bothered my skin and I didn't care for the formula. I have horrible luck with foundations.

I'll try to find better lighting for another pic and I could also compare it against other foundations even estee against revlon color stay which the two are not similar at all.

You're welcome, I will say Estee maximum camouflage is amazing but if you want something at a lower cost Maybelline mousse mixed with hard candy concealer is a pass for it as well. :)

I'm using that matte one but they do offer one called smooth mousse that's for dry skin. :) I can take a pic of the products if you want.

Welcome ladies :) The mousse is pretty easy to apply even with your fingers but I like to use a flat paddle brush.

Glad I could help and just a tip if your looking for a cheaper cost setting spray that sets matte try Nyx matte spray it actually was pretty nice on the lower end And most of my stuff is higher end so I've been exploring other options to compare all of them too lol which has been a great adventure.  :)

No worries Alex it was still a good recommendation I too have that one as well ;) it's just not as up to par as Estee which is amazing And not as intense coverage, that's why I asked if she wanted to see revlon coverage compared to estee so she can see it and compare with estee, Maybelline mousse and hard candy concealer Which does have a higher coverage combined compared to revlon.  :)

Double wear is only $50 which is really cheap so I would stay with that to be honest but maybelline super stay is amazing and at times for my skin I prefer it to double wear plus it's only $30 so it's a bargain. Sometimes when I go out and need full face I use super stay on my cheeks and forhead/where I need extra coverage then I use double wear over the top. Makes my face 👌

@shaye if you're talking about the superstay you can find it at most pharmacies in Australia and even Coles. If you're talking about the double wear you can find it at Myer, David jones and I think Priceline or something sells it too. I can't remember which pharmacy/beauty shop sells it
