Should I use my hand, a sponge, or a brush to apply my foundation?

Stippling brush

A sponge soaks up a lot of product so you end up using more, and the oils in your fingertips can discolor foundation. I agree with Tonita, stippling brushes are easiest as normal flat foundation brushes can make your foundation streaky if you dont take enough time.

A flat top I think works best a wet sponge could woke to but I feel like that method is for the beauty blender but my all time favorite brush is the elf flat top Its only 3 bucks works amazing for foundation and for a little more natural days use it to pack on powder it makes you look flawless<3

I had always used my hands up until a month ago when I decided to try a stipple brush.

I'm now back to using my fingers. I use wayyyy less product when I use my fingers.

I will use the brush for nights out but it uses too much.

I love stippling brushes for flawless full coverage with my Tarte 12 Hr. Foundation. I also like angled synthetic buffer type brushes for liquid foundations the best. Real Techniques has great face brushes for a low cost. My Sedona Lace Stippling Brush is my ultimate favorite though!
