I take a vitamin supplement called hair skin and nails works wonders! carefull doing anything that can harm your hair ex: heat tools chemicals etc...take care of yourself: healthy foods, regular healthy sleep patterns, stay hydrated. for damaged/dry hair: moisturizing treatment left on overnight, cold water rinse after regular conditioning- this seals cuticle and locks moisture in, and dont shampoo everyday it strips good natural oils- if you have to, use dry shampoo a couple days of the week. It's a ten miracle and pertain are great products as well. A good ten minute scalp massage also stimulates blood flow and circulation wich will help hard grow. Dont skip trims! I know everyone wants to when growing out hair but if you go in every 6 weeks (not four) and get a quarter inch taken off your hair will be healthier and still grow! Still scared of them taking too much length off? Dont let them use reuglar shears make sure you specifically ask them to use thinning/texturizing shears instead, that way no length comes off but any damage will :-)
