So I've got this really bad flakey red chapped spot on my left cheek and it's so embarrassing and soo hard to cover up. Does anyone have any tips I can use? Right now I'm using BB cream and concealer but it seems like nothing is working. Please help!

If I were you I would avoid putting makeup on it at all. I know it feels awful to have to walk around with something on your face, I've had to deal with acne for years. But that looks very raw and sensitive. I would put an antibiotic ointment of some kind on it and leave it alone for a few days. When its calmed down a bit you can try a green primer, concealer or powder to neutralize some of the redness and then use a medium to full coverage concealer.

I would strongly recommended seeing a dermotologist, you need to solve the problem not cover it up with makeup. :)

I completely agree. Your makeup is only going to look as good as your skin so fix the problem first- go see a dermatologist.

That's a shame, I had to deal with very bad acne at a young age. I thought mac studio fix would hide it but looking back on photos it looks terrible! So just keep ur skin fresh and nothing on it until it heals :-) be strong & confident

Neosporin will help that. Wash your face very well, without making your face bleed. Place neo on it, and let dry. Don't pick at it!

Use some hydrocortisone on it. Any drugstore carries it. I recommend the ointment not the cream. It helps with irritation as well as redness. Use sparingly. Works like a charm.
