Help! What is the cure for old stretch marks that have been in my body for over a year now?!

Derma roller paired with a topical solution like bio oil or retin-a. It's the only thing that's made a significant amount of improvement for me, even now after a yr and a have when I've used it it made a difference. My only complaint is that it is slightly painful:/

(PS as a Laser tech myself I don't enjoy doing laser resurfacing for stretchmarks because it is always a trial and it is hard to quote.) So it could cost a lot for a stretch mark to not even budge :(

Laser for stretch mark removal unfortunately just reduces them as well. You can get quite a bit of reduction though! You get much better results with laser for newer stretch marks. However, I am not sure about the USA, but in some parts on Canada there is a treatment called Bio stria that a few of my clients have tried and they guarantees stretch mark removal! I would Google it!

It will never remove them fully... but can really help to resurface and stimulate cell turnover.
