For eyeliners/lip liners/brushes/mascaras, you could put up in cups and separate them via color or something! That way they could rest on top of your shelves! Also, have you thought about nail polish racks? (: You could get rid of your shelves and get another organizing drawers for your makeup! The nail polish shelves would be attached to your walls! That way you could color code/organize by brand! Hope it gives you some ideas! (:

thanks so much that helped alot. i was thinking maybe getting a desk or sumthing from homedepot so that erything will be one level and easy to grab. itll also look more like a vanity if i organize it right. thanks for ur help!

That site has really good lighting strips for vanities that are serously under 10$
But something like this link would be really good for your space since it's somewhat small, instead of a table it looks like they use a shelf and you could even make one that would fold down if you wanted, and for you, you could label all of your storage boxes so you know what's in them & get dividers for inside them! :

Also you should look into DIY'ing yourself a nail polish rack, they're super easy, cheap to make, and durable. And if you make it nice it will look like the ones in the nail salon, plus you can customize these to your own taste! Here's a few links for that:
