Small Palette that delivers BIG! The colors are just beautiful, highly pigmented and blend flawlessly. You will have some fallout in the pan but nothing that creates a problem. This is a jewel and not to be missed~
Viseart makes incredible shadows - they are my favorite brand. The shadows blend so well (especially when using good brushes such as Wayne Goss or Sonia G) and I experience minimal fallout. Rose EDIT is a wonderful addition to their line.
In the photo I used: Petal Pink (dry) all over (kind of a primer / transition shade); Rosette in (dry) outer V, crease and (wet) lower lash line; Chocolate (dry) on outer V blended slightly into crease and lower lash line; Peony (dry) on the middle to inner lid; Blossom (dry) patted onto center lid; Rendezvous (dry) under brows; and Wisteria (dry) in tear duct area.
I'm a pretty neutral-loving lady, so when I saw the teaser images for this palette, I knew I needed to have it. I love a good matte crease with some shimmer, and this palette delivered that to me in spades even though it's pretty tiny.
It fits perfectly in my travel makeup bag -- which was super important to me because I'm on the go a lot. I love that I can toss it in my bag and not be worried it's going to shatter all over the place. Plus, the colors are neutral enough to wear every day, but there's also some fun stuff in here if I want to do something a little bolder.
And the wear time is amazing! It looks almost exactly the same at the end of the day as it did when I put it on. This was my first Viseart purchase. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their palettes!
I have several Viseart palettes and I absolutely love the formulas. The rose edit has such beautiful cooler tones with wisteria being a huge highlight. I can use this for neutral looks, pink or coral looks or shimmery cool looks. I thought the petit palettes were the perfect size for travel but this is in the same vein just with an extra row of colors. Some fallout, but not enough to take away any stars. Dependable and beautiful quality as always.
I love this palette. Plenty of neutrals and mattes, a deep brown for creating depth, and beautiful blushes with a pop of purple for play. Viseart quality means every shade blends and builds easily, shades blend, and looks last all day.
Going to do it!!! I already have one other small Visart pallet and I am just going stop 🛑 with my bad self and then do it again, right?? I will add that this is excellent eyeshadow, if you are on the fence about trying it, don’t be afraid, you will love it 🥰
Viseart has done it again! Once again Anastasia V. Sparrow takes my coins by giving me this breathtaking creation. It’s like she read my mind and thought of Alexis while she whipped this baby up in the lab! Here’s what I love most about the Rosé Edit:
Colors: There are some shades in the Grande Pro 2 that I just dream about but can’t bring myself to part ways with my money for such a large palette. Including some shades from the core palettes is genius. I want to tell Anastasia in person that she is the real MVP! Of course, quality is never compromised in anything that Viseart puts their name on and this is not an exception.
Size: Please don’t think you’re getting a full size Viseart palette here. Nope. You’re getting an Edit and it is wonderful if you’re new to the world of Viseart. Raise your hand if you’ve gone through a full palette before. Yeah, me neither. The Rosé Edit is small and mighty. This is about the size of my palm. I’m not sure if my palms are large or small because in my mind they’re simply gorgeous so that’s the only way I measure them. But anyways, yes. It’s a tiny little palette but it is a wonderful mix of Viseart’s most jaw-dropping shades.
I must say, the Warm Edit did not catch my eye. I have a ton of warm tones in my arsenal so maybe that’s why. Rosé Edit for the win!!
Viseart palettes keep getting better and better. I love the looks I did so far with this palette. I highly recommend it
This is a tiny palette of incredible colors that are intensely pigmented so you only need a little bit of each to create impactful looks. The color story is beautiful. The little mirror is great. Everything blends perfectly. Not a lot of fallout. It's my first Viseart palette, but it won't be my last.
I got the Rose Edit just before leaving for Europe for a month - it was the only eyeshadow palette I brought with me, so I think I can give it a pretty thorough review :) The quality of the shadows was impeccable, they blend well and the pigmentation is great. Both the shimmers and mattes are very good, no complaints. I used UD primer potion underneath and my eye looks stayed vibrant all day until I took my makeup off at night. There is little to no fallout for this palette (I gently tap eyeshadow pans for color, I don't swipe), even if the shadow pans are small this will last you a long time. Mine looks barely touched and I used it every day for over a month!
I find that the palette does fall somewhat short in options for different looks. I personally prefer neutral/cool eyeshadow palettes which is why I didn't want the Warm Edit. The pinks in this palette are quite nice and the shimmery purple is amazing for a sparkly one-color evening look; but the browns are just way too peachy-warm and feel out of place with the pinks, especially since they already have a Warm Edit. The shimmer that looked pale gold in the pan is actually a warm copper, all the browns are very warm instead of being neutral so it's harder to integrate them with the pinks (color names are not indicated on the palette unfortunately) If this palette had neutral or cooler browns it would be 5 stars for me. I did end up regretting bringing this as my only eyeshadow palette, because of the lack of neutral shades for some versatility. The basic 3 options for looks are: pink (lighter or darker), peachy/copper/brown, and then the sparkly violet. With 12 colors I would have expected more of a variety of options. Also, the palette is missing a good non-sparkly brow bone shade.
