Great Bronzer and Subtle Highlight

I have had this product in my collection for well over a year and finally hitting pan. Admittedly, I do not use cream bronzers and highlights very frequently but this is always the product I reach for when I do. My skin tone is about NC25 and the cream bronzer shade works very well. The bronzer does have a slightly golden undertone which looks great with my yellow undertone skin. I would imagine that this shade would look great with warm or golden undertone skin in general. The formulation of the bronzer is that of a cream that is not too heavy and diffuses very well when blended.

With application, I am able to place the bronzer on the skin using my finger. I basically draw a diagonal wedge under my cheek bones and blend it out with either a Beautyblender or a synthetic brush. Not to worry as the bronzer does blend out very well and creates a natural finish. You will not see stripes along the sides of your cheeks with proper blending. I also will put some along the perimeter of my forehead and under the jaw as well. I find that since the undertone is very natural on my skin, I am able to use it to bronze and contour a bit.

There is no base pigment to highlight and it leaves a beautiful sheen to the top of the cheek bones. If you’re looking for a highlight that can be seen from space, this is not it as the finish is very natural. Both the highlight and bronzer do not set so it remains in this creamy state unless you set it with powder. I have oily skin do not find either product to feel heavy on the skin even when not set. I would recommend this product if you’re able to find a shade that suits your undertone as the cream formula is very easy to work with.

I returned it

I wasn't a huge fan of this honestly. It felt like butter and the highlight was gorgeous but idk it just didn't blend as well as I'd hope (maybe it's because I have really dry skin) but my NYX contour stick blends like a dream on me so who knows. The color was a little off for me. Maybe I need to get a lighter shade. Either way I expected more for it being as expensive as it is. If you want to own some Tom Ford makeup I'd look at what else Beautylish has to offer.

Beautiful

I absolutely love this product, very natural and blendable, a real effortless product. Very practical for traveling as well, as it brings both the contour and highlight. I'm all for products that can save me both time and space. For the girl, that's not into "natural" make up, I still think this would be a great product to layer as a base, and if your into TOM FORD as much as I am, he makes the most impressive highly pigmented face powders. Overall, this is a win for me.

Absolute LOVE

This is a fantastic product. I don't always use cream contour-- but when I'm going full face, it's my "base layer" contour. It blends effortlessly and looks natural. I am over 40 and have found that some pressed highlighters highlight the wrong things, if you know what I mean-- some will seem to intensify crows feet and skin texture. I have found that pressing my beauty blender into this highlight cream and lightly tapping it on my cheekbones gives a beautiful glow without showing my skin's imperfections. Highly recommend.
