Beautiful brush, soft bristles
This is a beautiful soft brush. Small as well. I love small dense brushes that blend well. It just is not my favorite blush brush. I prefer the way some of my other brushes lay down the color. For very pigmented blushes I prefer my round squirrel brushes. For hard pan blushes I prefer my koyudo saikoho brushes. Don't get me wrong it is a great brush, just not one I reach for all the time. I would not repurchase it if I lost it. I wish she would release her face two brush with the handle of the sky/pro-line. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
c m. Sep 04, 2021Exquisite brush, small yet fluffy, does the job precisely. Good for small faces especially, as well as precision application and blending. Soft, yet can pick up colour from pans well, from all my various formulas, and gently blend just as well, on the skin. Beautiful craftsmanship, the quality of the saikoho is great. (I purchased this from her second batch released a while back)

I am sorry to say that I am really disappointed with this brush. I bought this together with the sky eye set a few months ago, in december I think, and have used it quite a lot before writing this review. The sky eye set is absolutely great, couldn't be happier with that set! This cheek brush however sheds a hair every time I use it, it's really frustrating. I have gently washed it a few times, but it's still happening unfortunately. I'm not sure if all the cheek brushes are like this or if I just received a dud. It's quite expensive and not really worth it in my opinion, better spend your money on one of the eye brushes

I bought the Pro face set and this brush was included. I wanted to write a review separately on this brush because it is the only one I am disappointed with. The brush is already falling apart which is sad because I know the brand prides itself on the craftsmanship. The ferrule is very loose and every time I use it I can literally hear like a clicking which is a sign that it’s getting looser and looser. Its that loose wherein I can move the ferrule around but it hasn’t officially popped off completely but the sound drives me nuts so I stopped using it. I purchased the set maybe 2 years ago which sounds like a long time ago but in the higher end brush world, 2 years is not that long when your paying 40.00-100.00 or more for 1 brush. I am not a makeup artist so it’s not like I am using it every single day on multiple people. I do have a nice collection of brushes so again, I am not using it every day. The point of investing money into high end brushes is so I am not having to go out and buy brushes all of the time. I do not to wash my natural hair brushes, that I use for strictly powders, very often, so I cant say it’s from water getting trapped. I do have other brushes from her line that I really enjoy so I hate to give a crappy review. It is very soft and nice to look at but if it’s going to fall apart then what’s the point. My most recent purchase was the travel set she just launched at Xmas and so far, I have been enjoying them. I have multiple eye brushes and face brushes from her line so Maybe this one was just a dud but for the price point and the fact It'll just collect dust in my collection or end up in the trash, I had to share.

I love this brush for applying my Patrick Ta monochrome moment velvet blush. It is the prefect dense blush brush to use with any hard pressed blush or bronzer. This blush brush is able to pick up the perfect amount of blush each and every time and it builds and applies the blush on the face like a dream!

I heard sooo many good things about these brushes, and considering how much I love Wayne Goss Brushes I thought this would be good as well. This brush is very dense, and will apply color in a very concentrated spot. It doesn't diffuse very well, so if you go in with say a buildable blush at the 3rd pass you will go to far and be stuck with a concentrated spot that I have to go in and 'fix'. As a blush brush it's disappointing, I would give it 3 stars (at this price this should do the work for me). But I gave it a star back because it does a beautiful job for highlight (previously I used the Wayne Goss fan brush, this is better). I like it because it applies the highlight only where I want it and it won't diffuse it out all over my cheek and undereye, it also doesn't 'buff' the highlight to a metallic unattractive shine. If this was marketed as a highlight brush, I would give this 5 stars. If you have highlighters that enhance texture, this brush helps to make it look wearable and beautiful. So yes this brush has a place in my collection.

I bought this specifically to use for my hard pressed and the gel powder formulas.. And my goodness... Did i make the right decision! Inwas of the notion that only "prickly" haired brushes wouls work for this type of formuka.. But boy did thia brush change my mind! I love using this with ny CT lovegasm palette, my chanel bronz et lumier, and chanel blushes!
