Beautiful in the pan, a little chalky applied
Cleo looks like a mermaid's everyday eyeshadow duo. The light side of the duo is a pale seafoam aqua (leaning more toward the blue side). Unfortunately, it swatches and applies SLIGHTLY chalky but... still a pretty color. The darker duo is a deep matte blackened teal (very similar to MAC Plumage eye shadow). For a cool mod look, apply the pale shadow all over the lid. Take a dense shadow brush (like the MAC 219) and apply the deep teal directly on the crease, swishing your brush back and forth. Now, it should look like you put a thick line of dark shadow on your crease. THEN, take your MAC 217 brush and blend the teal like mad! Blend it up, blend it down, and soften the look so the harshest and darkest part should be faintly visible. Apply winged liquid liner and some dramatic mascara and you've got yourself a perfect 60's party look :)
