Some duos are great, some aren't
NARS is VERY hit and miss with their eye shadows. Some are really chalky and not worth it at all, while others have some of the best texture and wear I've come across. Yes, they are $32 per duo, but they have the most wonderful color combinations compared to any other cosmetic line. Francois Nars truly understands color.
All About Eve consists of two flesh toned neutrals. One has more shimmer than the other. Do not be fooled because they are NOT identical! One provides a “lids but better” base, and is perfect natural to blend out with other darker shadows. The other is a beautiful luminescent highlighter shade, perfect for the browbone and inner corners. Together, these give your lids the ultimate nude base, ready to line and lash! Try applying the highlighter side with a damp MAC 217 brush, your eyes will glow!
