I’ve only been taking this for about a week, but I can definitely tell that it is helping me relax and get to sleep. I do wish they had different flavors because I’m not a huge fan of the berry. It tastes ok except for a slight chalky after taste, but it’s well worth it.

This isn’t like an immediate rush of calm. It just helps you feel more even keeled. I use it nightly for my stomach more than anything else. It has totally eliminated my issues. I used to have severe and painful episodes of a condition and this has been a godsend.
