If you're looking for a very matte foundation; this will be your go to. It does it's job, without over drying your skin. Every time I've boughten. Matte foundation it excessively dried my Skin, but not this one. This foundation is amazing & it also stays on for ever!
Next to Shiseido's liquid foundation, this is the best I've ever used. I've been using MAKE UP FOR EVER MAT VELVET+ for 4 years now and it's literally like magic. I have combination skin, ie. oily T-zone, and since this product is oil-free it helps me not look greasy after a long day of wearing. All I do to maintain is occasional blotting with a oil-absorbent sheet and my skin looks flawless and acne-free.

Perfect perfect foundation amazing coverage, not to thick, not cakey, very buildable, covers everything, light, no need for setting powder, stays on for most of the day looks natural. I reccomend this to anyone looking to try something new.

I will def buy this foundation again. I used to use MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC 35/37/40 and the #40 in this is perfect when I'm not tan. I can def get oily in my t-zone but this helps control that AND gives me medium to full coverage! Love Love Love this stuff, looks great on camera too! ;)
I'm always in search of something that will help control my oily tzone and this does a good job at that. It's a full coverage foundation that keeps me oil free for about 5-6 hours and after that theres a little bit of shine but nothing crazy. The variety of the color selection is good too so u should be able to find your shade although it's weird cause I've tried the shade 35 vanilla and it was a decent match but 40 Natural beige is a better match and it's lighter then 35. For reference I'm NC30-35. Just make sure to properly exfoliate and moisturizer the dry areas on your face so that it'll apply smoothly.
As far as packaging goes, I like it but make sure to store it standing up because if it's been upside down or on its side, it will ooze out product when you open it.
