Love it!

I adore this eyeshadow, I love it if only for the fact, that it works wet and dry. My only problem is when you look at this color it is brown and teal in different lighting, but when you put it on you can't notice at all. but when wet it is so intense, and when dry it creates the perfect smoky look without using black eyeshadow.

LOVE this color, I think it is a color anyone could wear. It is also one of those colors that you can apply very lightly for daytime and then pack it on for a glamorous night out.

My go to shadow when I want to do a smoky eye

I'm a HUGE fan of colors that contain more than one color in them. Club is a brown but has a great green shimmer throughout it and when blended out you get almost a light red/brown. It's absolutely beautiful and is one of the few colors you can use alone and it looks as if you've used three or four colors with it. My absolute go to when I want to do something dark and smoky on a night out!

Love the eyeshadows (but not all)

My everyday eyeshadow color is normally either Club or Satin Taupe. Most of the colors I've owned have been really good, however, I've noticed that not every eyeshadow is the same quality. For example, I've purchased Hepcat e/s a few times, and the first one I bought I could barely work with. I eventually got to the point where I had to use it with water, and that was the only way to get any sort of pay off. I purchased it again out of curiosity, and it was much more pigmented, and softer.

But anywho! For the most part, I love MAC eyeshadows.

Best smokey Eye color

Love this color and have been using it for over 10 years. It makes the best smokey eye, this with a little carbon does the trick. Then use your fave highlighter to top it off. My go to smoke..

A very unique shadow

Club is one of those unique shadows that you can't help but want to try. It sounds very ugly (a satin brownish taupe with reddish undertones, shot through with green iridescence). It's definitely not a practical everyday color, but can be used for extraordinary and eye catching looks. For a smokey/avante garde dramatic look, blend a black base onto the lid (like MAC Blacktrack Fluidliner, or a black MAC cream color base). Then, heavily pat MAC Club eyeshadow onto the lid and blend out toward the crease. Using a MAC 217 brush, blend a matte black shadow (like MAC Carbon) in the crease toward the browbone, and around to the lower lashline.

For a brighter look that enhances the green iridescence of Club, pair this with a matching green eyeliner (I like to use Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Covet). First, blend a neutral base (like Stila Starlight or MAC Shroom) on the lid, put MAC Club on the lid with a simple eyeshadow brush and slightly blend up to the crease (love the MAC 217 for that). Then, take your green liner on smudge it on the lashline for a bright jewel toned effect.
