Torn...so beautiful but a bit rough

This is my first time using a Koyodo brush. It’s absolutely beautiful and made so well. I didn’t have any issues with the size of this brush while applying foundation; it was the rough feeling. I previously was using an Hourglass foundation brush that was super soft, so I was expecting this brush to be the same…but sadly, no. It’s still a lovely brush. I’m not going to return it. I’ll find another use for it.

Best foundation brush I’ve ever had

Of course I have different foundation brushes from all brands. I’ve tried thinner and thicker brushes and beauty sponges. This is by far the best foundation I’ve ever purchased and nothing else comes close to how this left my foundation. It left a flawless finish as If a professional applied my foundation. Love love love.

Not bad but....

If you are looking for a brush for liquid foundation my recommendation is that you first try CHIKUHODO GSN Series GSN-2 Powder. Yes, it is a powder brush but it can also be used for liquid and cream. There is no better brush. This goat bristles are as soft as gray squirrel. It is dense and absorbs absolutely no product. It leaves the skin perfect, it integrates very naturally.

I HAVE ALSO KOYUDO BP Series BP014 Foundation Brush and CHIKUHODO GSN Series GSN-5 Liquid Foundation but I just didn't like them, because of the shape and because the bristles are Harper. The Koyudo One is too small for the face, in mi opinion Its not a foundation brush. I use it as concealer brush beca use Its soft, but Its a bit bigger for undereye

CHIKUHODO GSN Series GSN-5 is not as small as KOYUDO BP Series BP014 but its a bit small for face too. The bristles are Harder THAN Koyudo GSN5, wich is softer.

Me advice, first try CHIKUHODO GSN Series GSN-2, you wont regreat.

Great little foundation brush

This is exactly what I needed. A foundation brush like the GSN 2 and fu-pa 02 except smaller. Ideal for corners of nose and sides of my face. Bigger round Kabuki and beauty blenders get foundation in my hairline. This brush is the precise shape for the rim of my face and ear area.

Too small for foundation.

This brush is definitely too small for foundation, unless you have a really small face. But, it's great for highlight and blush. It's super soft, and blends powder and cream products really nicely. It's probably also good for contour, but I haven't tried it for that yet.
