I absolutely love this lipstick. It's a perfect unique shade, I have looked in stores and I found pinks either too dark or too light. Ice cream blvd is just right. First application was streaky so I put some scrub on my lips. Turns out they were just dry and it went on fine after. Once it dries, it still comes off a little here and there, but I don't need to reapply for a good few hours. That's a bonus considering its not a matte liquid that promises to last all day. Good quality, great color. Tastes yummy too. Will be coming back. Jeffrey star cosmetics has yet to dissapoint me. :)
Great colour! Takes 2-3 swipes
I am a fan of bold lipsticks. So when I saw Jeffree swatch this, I knew I had to have it! Obviously, because it's so bright and neon, it's true colour doesn't appear after one swipe. It took about 2-3 to get the full colour, but she is bright and out there. So I recommend this for people who are into wearing a bold lip. Side note: use lip scrub before using it - it is so much more comfortable on the lips that way.
