Ambient Lighting Edit - Ghost Unlocked

I am a Japanese. I want to write what I felt in Japanese. YouTuberのチエさんの御紹介でずっと気になっていたので遂に購入しまして！ もう粉質は大変素晴らしいと思います！本当に不思議なことに上の左側2つのパウダーは顔をsmoothになおかつ！乾燥させない！私の肌トーンは標準的です。ブロンザーはかなり濃いめで、オレンジっぽく発色します。薄めに付けても私は頬には使いこなせないです（Ｔ－Ｔ）ただし！！アイシャドウとして抜群に素晴らしいですよ！是非試してみて欲しいです！チークはもう文句なし！！気になっていた方は是非！！

This is Identical to 2018 edition Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked.. which is perfect for Medium / Tan skin tones .. since i own 2018 one I wish they switched this one up to have different options for deeper skin tones.. If you dont own the 2018 edit unlocked this is a perfect palette if you're more of the tan deep gal

I was so undecided about buying it because of the price and because already have a ton of makeup. I’m so glad I ended up purchasing it. The colors are beautiful and radiant. Hourglass simply does not disappoint.

I missed out on the unlocked palette last year, so when I got wind that hourglass was releasing it again this year, I was on high alert. I love this palette. I have light medium skin tone, and had my doubts whether this would be dark enough for me, but it really is perfect. The highlighter is more subdued than a lot of popular highlighters, but it gives a sophisticated, lit from within look. I use everything in the palette, so I'm super pleased to have this baby for a fast 'all in one' face makeup application.

I have fair skin with rosy undertones but this pallet works beautifully for me. I love how buildable the powders are and how soft they make my skin look.

I’ve been waiting for this palette since I wasn’t able to get my hands last year unlocked in the metallic packaging. Don’t get me wrong; this palette is a must have if you want a Gorgeous , gooey summer goddess look for special occasions. My skin is Around NC30 but I can use filtered light as a bronzer for a subtle bronzing. The golden bronzer is too dark for me that I can only use very little And fade it out with a finishing powder. Also be really careful with the blushes as they can show up really pigmented on medium / light- medium skin. That also means it’s not gonna be your everyday look (hence I took out 1 star). I use the ghost palette which is toned down yet gives you lit-from-within for office. The bronzer, blush and finishing powders in ghost palette definitely are easier to work with. With my dry skin, have to probably moisturize before using any powder including hourglass although hourglass never gives dry patches on my skin. Better safe than sorry!

Love the packaging, love the colors. Complements perfectly for my complexion. The palette gives you that sun-kissed look and leaves me glowing.

I bought my first hourglass item last year in the form of the holiday palette. It was just ok since it was definitely geared to light skin tones and has since been a great addition to my makeup kit for bridal. I could not get my hands on the unlocked pallet, so I was thrilled they brought this back this year! Hourglass does not mess around. These powders are amazing and have truly stepped up the overall look and finish of my makeup. The highlighter is a stand out and beautiful. All of these colors show up on my skin and the finishing powders do exactly what they are supposed to do natural finish, diffused, pore less, refined. For color reference I am NC 42, Nars Valencia, CT light wonder in 8, Este lauder Double Wear 4N1. Note about Hourglass: Such a shame they don't cater to all skin tones specifically darker skin tones come on... its 2019 lets be inclusive!!!! (took one star off)

I consider myself to be a medium-deep skin tone (for reference, I wear Nars Tahoe) and purchased this based on reviews that this would be a good face palette for women of color. So, it was a blind buy. I am now feeling a lot of buyer's remorse. The bronzer and rose gold blushers are way too light, even for me. I am able to just make this palette work in the winter, but there's no way I'd be able to make this work in the summer. If you are darker than me, do not buy!

This was a birthday present to myself (as this product is quite pricey for my budget). I feel justified in my exorbitant spending. I am a WOC and the Ghost Edit would absolutely not be suitable for my complexion (NC 43). But the Ghost Unlocked is just so delicately beautiful. It’s seemingly undetectable but undeniably effective. This is the first Hourglass product I have purchased and I am positive it 1) will not be the last and 2) was money well spent. Thank you Beautylish!
