I didn't purchase this online because I wasn't quite sure of the shade matches. I have a neutral undertone, and finding the right foundation can be very difficult, but I found that shade 2 really matched me (I tried it on in a store). The finish is absolutely beautiful, and I always get compliments and questions whenever I wear this, which almost NEVER happens with any other brand. I apply it with a BeautyBlender, and it has the most natural/beautiful/spectacular finish. I have combination skin, and this doesn't emphasize pores or make me appear oilier at the end of the day. It's really hard to find Ellis Fass products in the US these days, but I'm so happy Beautylish has it!
I have been trying new makeup, I would love to be a makeup artist so I read some reviews and thought I would test them myself. Of the foundations I tried this gives me the most beautiful skin, looks so dewey fresh just so fine. I have light skin, combination but still oily and this just works great for me. I use a. Primer first but this lasts up all day and way into the night.
I love this foundation, I wish I didn't only because of the price. It is a build able foundation so if you're looking for full coverage this is not for you. I have dry skin and every foundation i've tried (short of koh gen do) has accentuated my dry patches. Not this one. If I use it every day it lasts between 6-7 months for a bottle. (I agree 100% with Wayne on this one, it looks just like skin, exactly what I want)
