great product, great price!

This is my favorite eyelash curler and it was super cheap! Why pay a ton for something that does the same thing? The shape is perfect for my eyes and doesn't pinch or tug.

My Fave!

This is my favorite eyelash curler of all time. I owned one from Revlon and i have really short lashes so i will always pinch the skin. But with this one, i feel like it was made for small eyes and it works. I even tried putting this curler extremely close to my eye and i have yet to be able to pinch the skin. We all know how painful that is when our skin is pinched. For the price, it is so worth it. I would recommend this product to everyone to try out because it is a really good curler and it will save you tons of money.

Great eyelash curler for the price!

I bought this from Target about 2=3 years ago and I have loved it since. Who knew that this would be the best dollar I ever spent. I love the shape because it's easier to hold than other curlers. It fits nicely on my hooded lid and doesn't tug or pull my lashes. It gives a nice curl and it comes with an extra rubber pad once the other is worn down. I have tried other lash curlers from Revlon and they actually pulled out my lashes and hurt a bit on my lid. This is definitely something every girl should have and it's only $1

This is a great lash curler

The handles come so that it is easy to hold, and it comes with an extra pad so when the first one is worn away you have an extra without having to rush to the store to get another curler. It curls really well too, makes my lashes extra curly. I recommend!

Awesome!

I love this eyelash curler, I use it everyday :] It deff. curls your lashes to the max, without hurting your eyelid. Plus it comes with extra bottom pieces (what are they called? lol), so you can switch it out if it goes bad. I always re-purchase this :]

I really enjoy how easy you can use this curler. The handles are very comfortable and the springs on the curler make it easier for the lashes to curl. Especially since my eyes are somewhat flat, the curve on the curler isn't very curved. I like this because it fits my eye shape compared to others, and also affordable!

After an incident in which an eye lash curler actually broke off my lashes i had pretty much made the decision to not purchase or use any eye lash curler ever again. A few years later i decided to give one a try and borrowed the eye lash curler from my friends make up bag. Fell in love right away with how great it worked and asked her right off the bat how much money she dropped on it. A big surprise when she told me a buck! I definitely had to get my own and have been using this curler ever since... Definitely does the job!

Great value!

It’s an amazing eyelash curler for the price. Sure, with daily use, I’ve gone through one in a year. I don’t expect forever when it comes to a dollar purchase. When compared to my Shu Uemura, I do enjoy that it opens wider, so I can more easily move my eyelashes in place. I also appreciate the finger rest for added stability. I do see how the roundness of this eyelash curler may not be best for some but I shall always have a couple in my stash. Pick a couple up if you want a curler that won’t break the bank for travel, gym bag, etc.

MY HOLY GRAIL

For $1, it's great! Mine has been working for a long time and I just recently changed the pad so it's gonna last me a long time! And I don't mind repurchasing it since it's only a buck. My tip if this curler pinches you, tug your lid up.

Why do i feel so differently about this than everyone else?

I have used many eyelash curlers, all purchased by my mom at CVS and the like. I was long overdue for a new curler. On beautylish I had seen so many great reviews for this thing, so I thought, why not ELF? I love elf.

The first thing I noticed was that I hate how thick the top piece of metal is. It was nearly impossible for me to get my lashes wedged in this thing. Why? Because the top piece is so tall and I have deep set eyes, so I can't get even a slightly close curl comfortably, for it just doesn't fit between my brow bone/eye socket and my eye. I know a lot of them are made this way; I've just never had one.

Next, almost every time I use it the bed falls out, and sometimes I reach for the curler and the bed has fallen out while it's just been sitting on my vanity. On top of that, if I put on mascara before curling, this thing STICKS to them like glue. Most of the time if your lashes have been coated in mascara maybe two minutes before curling, the curler will stick a bit. With this, it seems to stay stuck for almost an entire minute. It has really had me panicking a few times, for it seemed like gently wiggling it wouldn't make it let go of my lashes, and upon finally getting it off, the bed falls out onto the floor or on the sink again.

I know it's a steal for how cheap it is, and I do love ELF, but I have had a dysfunctional experience with this curler in more ways than one. Because it doesn't fit well, it also misses a lot of my lashes. It's also pinched me when I'm not even close to my eye. Maybe I got a faulty one, or perhaps different eye shapes need a different curler. Who knows!
