Disappointed

I purchased this with high hopes of being able to have a better way to display and easily access my brushes, but this item falls short. The pockets that the brushes are supposed to fit in are way to narrow, so unfortunately about 3/4 of the holder cannot be used. Trust me my brushes run the gamut size wise, but none of my eye brushes fit. Even when I could insert the brush, it was going to be a two handed job to remove it, which isn't ideal either. The concept is ingenious, the execution is desperately lacking.

Can’t fit my brushes

All of my brushes are too big for the holders. Even my sigma and zoeva brushes are a tight fit. makes it really hard to insert and remove.

DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE!

Wish I read the reviews!

The material is very stiff and is hard to fit your brushes. I bought it for my Sonia G brushes collection and unfortunately did fit them properly. I kind of had to force the brush in the little pockets. For the price of this easel, I expected better quality. I would have return it if I had the chance. There are better options out there.

Inflexible holes and cover

I kinda regret not reading the more recent reviews before purchasing this... I'm thoroughly disappointed by the lack of flexibility in the holes. Neither my Real Techniques brushes nor bigger face brushes could fit in the larger spaces most likely due to how stiff the material is. Although I was looking forward to the easel aspect, it's also quite a challenge to bend the cover back and turn it into the easel. I was seriously terrified of snapping the entire thing into half!

I was initially excited for this product to arrive but it's been a letdown instead. Will be contacting the team for a possible refund.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I’m so disappointed with this product that I have to do it. First of all, the bottom section is for super skinny brushes, and when you close it, the brushes that are in the middle section get twisted. One of my favorite brushes got twisted, in fact, it is discounted so I can’t have it again.

It took me a minute

When the easel arrived, it will admit it took me a minute to figure out how to use it. I had to go back. to the photo's on the website to figure it out, and so a small sheet of instructions would not go astray. That being said, there are several of these on the market in different styles and this is most definitely my favourite. It is easy to use and holds a good number of brushes, most importantly without any wasted space which is common in competitive brands. Like many reviews, I do find some of the holes to be a little too tight, especially for a few of the larger handled Wayne Goss brushes, and certainly few a few of my Bobbi Brown brushes and it would be nice to see that reviewed, perhaps slightly larger, or even some kind of elastic. But overall I am very happy with it, and most likely will replace my other brush easel with other of these.

Nicest brush case I’ve seen!

I would of put 5 stars, but did not because there are IMHO too many tiny brush holders for eyeliner or eyebrow brush. They’re too small for most of my eyeshadow brushes. The only brushes that fit perfectly are the Wayne Goss brushes, the new eye and face sets with white goat. If your brushes are from the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill collection, it’s much harder to fit into the slots. I eventually stretched them enough to fit all the JH eyeshadow and blush brushes. It is very well made. Inside the larger slots I see velcro to probably help hold in the brush, but it makes the slot smaller and harder to put in. Then again, if It had those larger slots it either wouldn’t hold enough brushes or be way to big to carry around. Closed it looks like a nice clutch, day planner or tablet case. I think the slots will loosen up so I don’t aggravate my tendonitis in my wrists trying to put the brushes in. It’s best for brushes with handles like the Wayne Goss line exclusive to Beautylish. I love Beautylish so very much. They have the best customer service, shade matching help over the phone. They’ll even send you samples of foundation if you’re having a hard time shade matching! I was going to be one day late on my payment plan payment to them and called ahead of time and explained the situation and they gave me a 4 day extension! I paid one day late, they were just so nice and kind about it!! Love beautylish! Please get Pat McGrath Labs makeup! That would be so wonderful!!!

One for me, one for my mom

I am in makeup school and saw someone with the Artist Easel Pro and thought it was such a great idea. Bought one in black for me and it's so functional and easy for me to find my brushes. I don't have a lot of space to set up my makeup station so this was a great option for me at school. I loved it so much, I bought one for my mom in rose gold. She loves it too!

Organized and ready to take on the world

I am so glad I found this. I have collected over 100 brushed in the last few years and haven'y found anything I like to store and organize my brushes, until now. I was able to fir 98 brushes (although a lot were smaller eye brushes) which is amazing. Will definitely be buying another!! Wish they came in even more colors though the rose gold is gorgeous!
