I got this in a little sample duo at Ulta and I was not pleased. I was excited to try it because I love Benefit products but I don't think that the coverage is good with this product. I think that maybe people with less harsh blemishes and scars will do well with this product, but I need my heavy duty concealers!

Oh no! Looks cakey on me.

This concealer is terrible looks extremely cakey on my normal skin I could not wear this so I gave this concealer to my friend she is happy with it.

Heavy duty? Not really.

I bought this on the good word of my friends who raved about Benefit, and their products as gold amongst humans. I believe I spent 20 dollars on a piece of repotted 'meh'.

I believe it works for those with little to minor blemishes. And I'm sure it works well on normal skin. Unfortunately for me, I have to be wary of how I use this product.

I have scarring and discoloration above my lip and this could barely cover that without heaping it on. I've tried all the primers, all the powders, and all the precautions to avoid that nasty cake face with this product. Praying that it would work for me in the end.

I had this on one day at work and I was so embarrassed. After my efforts to flawless application the concealer went patchey and wasn't so seamless. It was just awful. It seemed that since my face was so warm at work that day, it somehow melted the concealer in fine lines and around forming blemishes.

I now use this as a 'touch up' when out. I barely use this product to cover any significant redness or discoloration on my face. Kinda bummed with this concealer.

It's a great basic and 'touch up' concealer if you make a slight mistake in your brows or lipstick. But don't expect this to cover dark secrets and unsavory scars. If anything, 'cake face' should be your new legal name if you try to heap this on.

Ehhh...I've had better

This concealer is just okay for me. It says it heavy duty, but trust me, it's not. My Urban Decay 24\7 pencil conceals better than this. I notice it works better for me when I put it on before my foundation. However, this does conceal my under eye circles better than the urban decay. Would I recommend this to anyone.....probably not.

Not bad but a bit too orange!

I got this concealer in the set with the eye brightener and I really love how it covers basically everything. It covers up redness, dark circles, and most pimples, but sometimes the concealer would be too sheer to cover. I also thought this concealer was way too orange! It didn't match my skin tone at all so I had to blend A LOT to make it look natural. Definitely not a bad concealer, but not the best.

I love this stuff.

I bought this because I have quite dark under eyes (which are partly genetic although they can be better when I am not stressed and deprived of sleep) I went in and the lady matched me very quickly although at the time I had quite a deep tan. It is slightly dark for me now maybe just a tad too dark but still I continue to use this as the coverage is perfect for me. Its a nice formula which hasn't creased on me during wearing and it lasts all day. I have practically finished the pot I bought at the start of the year so it really hasn't taken me long at all and I will be repurchasing this.

awful!

Way too thick, cakey, doesn't blend well, doesn't last, bad color selection. Was not impressed at all with this. It's hard to tell if it's full coverage because of it being so cakey and thick. Not ideal for active blemishes because of its thickness. It cakes around pimples, etc.

Not the best concealer out there

Pros: Pigmented Creamy

Cons: Not good for undereye circles bc it settles into fine lines I noticed that in pictures of me with a flash, I was able to see the concealer spots so that was embarassing Wouldn't recommend I gave mine away since I barely used it

Price - $20~ Repurchase - No Works - No Smell - None I read in a magazine that Benefit's Erase Paste was a really good concealer. (I really needed a concealer to hide my cystic acne after using the Merlot peel off mask and Queen Helene mask too often. Prior to that, I rarely ever used makeup to hide uneven skin tones.) When I went to try it at Sephora I thought it was way too thick. After looking next to the Erase Paste, I saw the Boi-ing and quickly sampled it. I purchased two of these and thought it was decent. The concealer itself was okay but it didn't last and accentuated further my cystic acne and dry skin (I was using a strong acne treatment to get rid of zits causing my skin to be red, irritated and dry with flaky skin.) Now that my cystic acne is gone, I would reconsider buying this again.

My Holy Grail

This concealer is amazing. I've gone through three of these. It works just as well as the Dermablend Cover Creme but its definitely creamier and more workable. My skin tone is really a mix between 2 and 3, but I always used 3 and then lightened it with a lighter setting powder. Covered my dark circles completely, and has been the only product to do so. Because the concealer was slightly too dark for me, I stopped buying it about a year ago to explore other options, but Boi-Ing still outdid all of the other products I've tried.

Benefit has recently expanded the shade line of these concealers, they now have 5 shades. The rep I talked to said they reformulated the light so it is more pink-toned, and they also changed shade 3 so it would be in between what 2 and 3 used to be. That means its my perfect shade! I can't wait to go buy more.
