Needs Practice but like it

I used the Beauty Blender to blend the cream I put over my foundation. I found it a bit hard to blend but it all means it doesn’t move around the face too much which will create a muddy face. The two lighter shades are almost identical in the pan but they have yellow/pink tone to each of them. Haven’t used the shimmer/clear-ish tone yet, but it looks like it could be used as a cream high light. I am a pale skinned Asian with neutral undertone skin and fair was perfect for me. I’d say I wear NC15 for MAC foundations and use one of the lightest shades available in Asia so the fair palette suit me just fine.

Perfect for the fairest of us all!

The creams are amazing!!! They blend well, and aren't sticky at all! So many pallets today have warm undertones, so finding a cool toned one proved really tricky! I am so thrilled with this pallet, I can't wait to keep working it! I absolutely recommend it if you have fair skin with cool tones!

Perfect when you know how to use it

I think this product is amazing and perfect for most of the skin type. I wouldn't recommend it to skin prone to acne or which has very obvious acne because it might make them more obvious and the best way to use it might also create more breakout. Also THIS PRODUCT IS BEST USED WITH OIL (there is plenty on info. on how to use cream product to contour) if not used with oil it might look chalky and smh unnatural and it will be very hard to blend. Best USE WITH A BEATY BLENDER and I really do recommend watching this video to perfect blend and I hope it will help (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FjBe2PJ--w&t=158s).

Not for me

I bought this palate with high expectations, but was very disappointed upon using it. I bought the palate in the shade fair- I'm pale with pink undertones, dark hair and green/blue eyes! The dark colours, in my opinion, are horrible, they don't go on nicely at all, your face ends up looking like a grey/muddy mess. I'd like to note that I am experienced in highlightening and contouring, so definitely not a newbie by any means. The dark colours just didn't work for me( except the darkest colour in the palate, that wasn't too bad ) The lighter colours were a little bit better ( hence the 3 stars ) but I did find the colours hard to 'get out' I thought they would be a really creamy consistency, but I had to add a little drop of farsali gold elixir oil to 'loosen' it up. I also bought the powder contouring palate which I am much more impressed with, but I'll leave a seperate review for that. All in all I do not recommend the fair palate. I'm not giving up on this just yet though, I'll try the light palate and see if it's any better. Great service by beatylish though, and fast delivery to the UK!!

easy to blend, natural for fair skin

I am an Asian girl but with a fair skin and unfortunately I'm also pink undertone, so it's hard for me to use many of the couture product on the market because those are yellow undertone contoures that designed for beautiful tanned skin. But When it's on my skin it looks kind of ochre and yellow, it's not natural at all. I know that Anastasia have those cream conture long times ago there's only 3 shades, and even the light shade is abit dark for me, like some of the deeper shade that I may never put my finger on, and it's such a waste of money, but with the new fair shade it is just perfect! The conture is more of a grayish brown than yellow brown so it will be more suitable for people who are having a cool undertone. Great product!

Good for cooler tones

I've never really bought into the idea of contour kits and really just used my inglot concealers for contour for some time Picking this up was a dream, and the illuminator shade has such a surprising glow Only reason it doesn't hit 5 stars for me is because I find the illuminator to shift my foundation whether it's on top or underneath
