Beauty Product Reviews

Heavenly

As soon as one of the Beautylish MUAs applied this on me, I had to have it. It provides a beautiful glow to the skin without being shimmery. I found that the Guerlain meteorite pearls can look like Tinkerbell spilled pixie dust on my face. This palette provides the kissed by an angel glow that is comparable to the Hourglass ambient lighting products I love so much. Be careful though: a little can go a long way.

Deliciousness on your face...

After extensive research, I decided to cave and purchase my first natural hair brushes when these came out. I found the price points to be relatively reasonable and I truly admired Wayne's story behind his brushes. I am also a huge fan of his, so I was so eager to get these when they came out. Firstly, the packaging was beautiful. I adore how Beautylish packages their products. Secondly, the feel of the brushes...oh my gosh! Deliciousness on the skin. Due to my inexperience with natural hair brushes, it took some getting used to, but after having the brushes for 8 months, expanding my collection, and using them every day, these brushes are my everyday brushes. The push liner #7 is so tiny and amazing for the upper and lower lashes. I actually use #8 as a smudger brush. 4, 5, 6 are just...so amazing. It's like makeup eye therapy to have something so soft and delicious on my skin that doesn't prick or pull at the lid. I use 2 and 3 for contour, blush and highlight..3 is a tad big for my Asian eyes. The only reason I knocked a 1/2 star is because of brush 1...I like the size, but it tends to leave a streaky finish on my face and cleaning it was a pain because product would go super far and almost hit the ferrule. I still use it to hit the tiny hard to reach spots like around my nose, in between the eyes, and the hairline, but it is still not a brush I reach for with gusto. In conclusion to my essay, I love the brushes. Set the bar very high for future brush purchases
