The perfect brow product for cool brunettes.

Completely, incredibly, customizable for any cooler toned brunette. If you're a person who changes their hair color often, you NEED this. You can sheer it down to a lighter color using the customizable shades in the top part, and you cool it out with the green. (Don't worry it doesn't really look green!) If you're looking for something like the Suqqu green moss? This is it.

The amount of product in this is satisfying and for the amount of money? Great. Light brown to black hair - this is the one! If you're going closer to blonde, stay away - but if you're in the brunettes you should RUN for this. Love, love, love.

Pigmentation is top notch, and it lasted easily into the night - no spotty/patchy wearing at all!

Layerable and beautiful

The blush duo is gorgeous, this is your ultimate fair girl natural blush. You can do it up or keep it subtle, I have to admit, it's totally customizable. The pans are quite large and the color pay off is above and beyond the likes of NARS. If you're wanting gorgeous blush THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT. You're getting two pans of blush that are stand alone outrageously beautiful. However, the greatest thing is that you can mix these and make a custom blush. So consider it like ten blushes in one. Your options are endless. Layer, mix on brush, use alone - anyway you go it's going to be gorgeous.

The only thing I wasn't quite sure of because I've never experienced before, was the fact that you definitely have fall out as you dip and mix on your brush. It's a velvety powder, these are not cheapo powdery blushes. But as you might swipe your brush across a nars or a cle de peau blush, often you only see color on the brush. With this it can be a tad messy because it certainly leaves powdery residue in the pan and along the sides. You will want to give it a light blow across the bristles of the brush before you apply. I've had fallout with eye shadows before and it's no fun at all, but don't worry the fall out seems to just remain in the pain of these blushes.

Highly worth it and I will be getting two or three more when the appropriate time comes. For the price and customizable feature, you can't beat the value. The pigment is off the charts but so soft especially if used with a Z4 brush!

Shock!

This is a pencil sharpener, and it sharpens things.

No, no, don't pass out, it's true.

This works for various brands and various pencils. You've got narrow and wider width holes, this allows for some of your chubby stix as well as all kinds of liners. I love the sleek look of it and the color makes it easier to find amongst many things that may be laying out on your vanity.

Very good little sharpener you can't go wrong with!

Precision Precision Precision

I needed a super precise brush for gray contour. Now, you may be thinking gray? Yes, ala Chanel Notorious - that kind of gray. Shadows aren't orange. They aren't brown. They're GRAY! So when you want a crazy good hollow of cheek? You use a gray contour. Very cool.

But the thing is, you better have a precise brush (so you don't look like skeletor) and it better apply smooth and soft. Enter the Goss 02. It does it ALL. This brush I feel like I need five of. I could use it for blush, highlight, contour, whatever. I could use it to save the world. You buy this you'll find yourself wanting to use it for a lot of things. It's soft and nearly comparable (nearly) with Chikuhodo and iI find that it surpasses Hakuhodo hands down.

You can't go wrong with this brush it's a work horse - I won't use mine for anything other than gray contour because no one wants gray all up in their highlight, but I may buy another asap!

Your makeup isn't going anywhere. It's unpacked and staying home.

I am super, super, super oily. Super.

As in - after five hours you can see your reflection in my face oily. With the winter being so silly in the south this year, I've found I went from happy skin to dull dry skin super fast. My face was a mess and it was frustrating. But, I got a consult and decided to give this a try.

My thoughts going into using this was two fold : Primer and add some radiance.

What I found out is I only needed it in my tzone and so I put it there and across my cheeks. Tone down a little redness. Deflect some shadows, you know, keep it nice and even.

The result was definitely interesting. My foundation didn't move, nor did it fade, nor did oil break through. AT ALL.

Ten hours later I was still bullet proof. Let me tell ya, I'd use this stuff as eye primer too - it's that great.

I do want to try all the colors of this formula and if you're DRY? Well, you don't need primer odds are anyway but definitely skip this one. Your foundation is home for good when you wear this so make. sure. you. like. it.

Not for the fair folk, but the tool is sturdy and it's a neat idea.

Let me start with the pitfall to this item (IMO) : The highlightr that is built in. I think it'd look nice on darker skin - medium to dark, but for me a fair girl (Under NC20) it pulled really rose gold. I think the concept is pretty genius but it just didn't work for me. If it had been more of a white (think cle de peau or perhaps soft and gentle even) it would have worked for me.

The brow color was great though, if you can get passed the formula. This isn't going to be a soft easy off the pencil release. I had to rub it along my hand several times to get it to even make a mark. When I went to fill in my brows? I found it be a little tricky to get color off of, however, the shape of it is great. It harkens back to the Tom Ford brow pencils and now what Anastasia is doing.

The spoolie end of the utensil is a little short but it's really sturdy. Works just fine!

Overall it's a great concept! Keep it all together there - but there's still some issues with execution from CT. If they work the kinks out and change that highlight color, I'd try it again.

A very pinky pink - excellent formula.

Consider carefully your natural lip color that this will layer over, before you purchase. I find this to be a gorgeous pinky pink but for my fair skin, and my pigmented lips. However, if you're look for an amazing formula and GREAT staying power this is for you!

The perfect 'my lips but better'

Sure it's a lip pencil, but really? It's a lip-xperience. This can be used with at on of lippies you already own but my favorite method of using it is just alone with some lip gloss or just a lip balm over it. Line, fill and you've got a great color that stays all day. The formula is creamy, no need to worry about if it'll spread easily - it does! No stopping in the lip lines and no tugging. You'll have a great line and itll smooth out with a lip brush easily if you want to feather it a little. I highly recommend this as a staple. It's a holy grail lip item and I really like natural looks so it fits the bill completely.

You need it, you'll love it, it is everything.

I need to speak directly to the girls with small cheek areas and high cheek bones. Look, there's a ton of blush brushes out there that you can buy. Most are round, with how dense it is of course varying. The Z4 is definitely a brush that is SOFT. You're going to get gentle, buildable, layers of blush, small precision placement, and super blended, flushed out look. I cannot recommend this enough. I'm of the school of thought that your blush should look natural most days and never stripey or heavy handed. This is THAT brush. I can't scream about it enough and yes, I'll be getting a back up ASAP!!!!

Nothing in my bag worked for me BUT...

The items in my bag weren't for me, not color wise etc. That's all part of getting a lucky bag though, it may or may not be right for you. The brands were luxurious and while some got 'extras' I got four items. The normal seemed five items and some even got five items with brow kits etc. My four items were high end, becca - kevyn aucion - and more however they just weren't for me. Overall value was decent! I will be able to give them away or use them as gifts for someone I'm sure. Will I purchase next year? After seeing some of the other's boxes - I think I will. I'd say over 50 percent of the boxes I saw contents of were absolutely wonderful. I just happened to be a fair skinned girl who couldn't wear anything I got. I don't think this happened often or as the norm. Beautylish has the best customer service and it's a gamble each lucky bag. I'll try again next year. (Full disclosure: My blush and my eyeshadow were damaged. They are resending me a shadow/blush. They made zero fuss about it and were amazing and fast. )
