Hey My Name is Justine, I love Makeup so Much! So that's why I decided to do this Profile. I use Inexpensive Makeup. My Favorite Brands of makeup are N.Y.C., Avon, Mark, Elf and Profusion. I also use other brands as well but those are my Top favorites. I'm Not a Makeup Artist i'm just starting to learn so don't Judge me hahaha. I try to do my best and look pretty with my makeup.
