Inspired by Cutepolish's youtube video. Without her I wouldn't know about the magic of using temporary tattoos on nails and I would never be able to do these princess manicures. I think these turned out so cute! For the thumb I did the blue like half my index (that's under the glitter) and added a glitter gradient at the tip (similar to my pinkie).

Little mermaid nails! I love Disney and am even more into princesses now than I was as a girl. Cutepolish gets credit for her video on the disneystyle youtube channel where she did Cinderella nails using temporary tattoos. That was such a genius idea! I did blue caviar nails to represent the sea with bubbles and such. Characters are copyrighted property of Disney.

This is gelish in "up in the blue" that I had done 2 weeks ago. I hate when my nails grow and a rim of unpainted nail shows but the tips are still chipless. I added glitter (pourred over a wet clear coat) in the closest matching color I have and tada! Brand new mani!

Before I became obsessed with doing my nails all the time, I loved Shellac for its lasting power. However my nails would grow out and even though I was still chip free there was a growing amount of naked nail that frustrated me to no end. I took some nail art pens and added some diagonal nail art to cover up the bottom and tada! At least 1 more week of wear. I bet the half moon styles would work well for this too...
