Hi, omg I'm so sorry I haven't been online since I wrote that haha! But yeah I think it did actually help my hair grow quicker as I was using it than when I wasn't, but even if it didn't it smells amazing and makes your hair feel so soft and healthy, would definitely recommend it - and the conditioner aswell x
