Biotin has made my hair thicker and nails longer. No length at this time but I will continue. I just took reflexology course and enjoyed it. what do you think of the mac marilyn collection ehh... So what id the best moisturizer for my dry aging skin?

Hey Lady!! how are you doing How are the classes going? Well I decided to cut all most of my hair off due to the breakage. I have been taking vitamins all this time. No more shedding. I have been going to the salon every week to get my styled and conditoned.

Just consulted with my Dr. added the SP and FA thanks for the info and I will keep you updated. Now let's talk makeup... I wore my mink Velour lashes to a work function and they were outstanding. I will be buying more. Do you have a pair?

Hey lady sorry it took so long get back. It's 93 here in NYC and will be 93- 95 all week. I am getting my stuff ready for work week (sun thur thurs) supplements have def decreased shedding and have improved the texture of skin. Hair still is fine but not going down the drain. I am debate as to whether to cut it all even and start short or see if the parts that have broken off grow back. you advice helped so much thank you. So how are classes going? what are the new treatments for aging skin? I need to sell a kidney a buy that la mer moisturizer

Hey! good to hear from you. So happy the supplements are working:) For years until recently I had an inverted bob with lots of layers and was red for fun! Now its healthy and still fine but well enough to grow it out. Its been really hot here too 100 has been the average. School is great! busy, accelerated, but great! scary at times but im really happy. Thanks so much for asking. I just did a project on murads anti aging line. Heal and repair. Its amazing. Yes if you were to have surgery an its recommended to stop the saw palmetto at least a week prior. Of course make sure they know you take it as well. No my bp has never been an issue. I only saw improvement with my hair loss and and excess hair growth. It was originally prescribed by my dr,
