A Must Have For Every Purse

This is one of my Holy Grail products. My skin has always been dehydrated. Applying makeup can be the most frustrating exercise in futility. The most gentle foundation application can cause flakes to appear, even if I have exfoliated just before. With a couple of spritzes from this facial mist, the flakes reduce and the makeup remains fairly unscathed. It is easy to carry around in your bag due to its small size and excellent packaging (no leaking!). If you find yourself getting sweaty midday, a spritz does nicely in cooling you down. A spritz before you apply a facial oil aids greatly in absorption. This mister has helped the moisture level of my skin by leaps and bounds. It is one of the few products I never stray from. Plus: super affordable!

Excellent Blemish Fighter...

I purchased this after eyeballing it from afar for about three months. I was already buying the Squalane Facial Oil, so I went ahead and threw this in my shopping basket. I am in the midst of repairing my skin’s moisture barrier, but I still wanted something to carry around in my purse in case of a severe breakout. Hitting it hard and fast is the key. And this Blemish Stick works well with that blemish philosophy. Firstly, it doesn’t leak! The packaging it excellent! Secondly, I find when I use this the moment I feel a blemish starting, I can either stop it altogether or diminish its life expectancy by a day or two. It also stops it from becoming a complete monster. The alcohol scent is strong for those who have a sensitive nose, but I wasn’t bothered by it. The smell doesn’t linger; it dissipates quickly. It will sting broken skin. All in all, I find that this does exactly what it is supposed to do. A definite repurchase!

Winter Skin Savior...

I adore skincare products, which means at any given time I can have four or five new items to try out. That, coupled with a harshly cold winter, completely wrecked my moisture barrier. My skin has been dry, irritated, red, and ready to breakout at a moment’s notice. This Squalane Facial Oil has been the real heavy-hitter in the ‘fix-my-face’ arsenal. I spritz my face lightly with water, squeeze out three to four drops onto my palm, and then gently pat the oil onto my face. It sinks in quickly, which I love as I like to get a few more drops in right before my face hits the pillow. And right now, that is my routine. A gentle, mild cleanser, and then this light oil. The dryness is receding, the redness is diminishing, and surprisingly, even though I am not using anything all over for acne, the breakouts have calmed down. Lastly, what I appreciate the most about this product is no wait time for immediate results, in terms of what I am looking for. I need to rebuild my damaged skin barrier, and after one day of use, it was clearly on its way. Time will tell for fading age spots.
