Beauty Product Reviews

unwieldy...

Maybe I just don't know how to use this, but I can't get ever draw the line that I want. I definitely think I just don't know how to use a triangular brow pen. I bought this hoping this could replace my brow wiz and dipbrow combo, which was/is so expensive and I hate that it's 3 different tools for just my freaking eyebrows, but when I used the brow definer, I got nowhere near the elegance of the shape that I make with the brow wiz/dipbrow. More importantly, it looked super unnatural! I make really natural brows with brow wiz and dipbrow, but when I used this it looked like I put brown crayon above my eyes.

I think I probably just don't use this right, but facility in usage is still a point for me to make!!!!

Perfect

This is the easiest brow product to use in the world. It is so natural-looking. I use this to outline my brows and then I fill in with the dipbrow pomade and the brush that everyone recommended on amazon, I forgot the number already.

Honestly, I would only want to use brow wiz so I can slim down on the products cluttering up my cupboard (when I travel for short weekend trips, I only bring the brow wiz), but the brow wiz pen finishes really quickly!!! :( I am not giving this a 5 simply because I feel like for how fast we go through these, the brow wiz could be maybe a little cheaper... That is my number one criticism. In the past, I think on average I went through at least 2 sticks each year, going down to 1 stick every year since I bought the dip brow pomade.

immovable but not the best tip

This is definitely the most long lasting eye liner EVER. It's like sharpie! It's hard to get off even with makeup remover. I use DHC oil cleanser, which has effortlessly melted everything off my face until it met this eyeliner... I actually have to make a concentrated effort to rub the oil really near my eyeballs to make sure the liner gets into contact with the oil. I love that this eyeliner is so secure, that's what I bought it for.

However, my only criticism is that the tip is too long, I think it is unwieldy, even though I've used this for nearly three months, almost every day. I prefer thinner lines, but this long tip makes making thick lines easier. Especially because it is so "permanent" it is not very mistake friendly, so I end up drawing thicker and thicker lines!
