Cotton candy dream!

For starters, I am not a big scent person, but the soft scent of baked cotton candy is the cherry on top of an already perfect product! It is very finely milled and super soft! The package does leak a little from the top seam but it's nothing I'm worried about. All in all another winner from JSC

This is the perfect way to bring any eye look from basic to fabulous! The only downfall is once it dries it will flake off if you touch it.
