Beauty Product Reviews

Great blush!

Before using this, I've never used 2 shades of blush together. After following the suggested way of applying, I finally understand the reason using 2 shades together. It makes the blush looks more natural and I can't see the border of my blush which is very nice. I bought the Golden Coral too. I tried to mix and match the shades myself and it turned out great. About the quality of products, it's really great. The colors are so pretty. It is so smooth and blend like dream! Will try to get more shades. Anyway, I hope it come with a transparent cover (like their eye shadows) so I can see the color without opening.

Ok for acne. Good for blackheads

I have 1 -5 acnes consistently on my face. If the day I woke up and found out that I only have one, that was a happy day. My face is just never clear. I bought this hoping to fasten the healing of my acne. The result was ok but not phenomenal. I read Maria D's review that she put the product on her nose to get rid of her blackheads. So I tried her way. I put the product on my nose and my chin. I washed it off once it's dry. I dare not to leave it overnight. The results was wonderful. My blackheads were cleared out ( of coz not all ) and so the pores looked smaller. And it didn't dry my skin much. Thanks Maria!

Stiff

I bought this to be used with the CT magic foundation. I love the magic foundation but not this brush. It's stiff. It doesn't make a smooth finish. There are lines of foundation on my face even after repeated buffing. I feel it's harsh to face too. I ended up using another softer buffing brush ( FYI, the By Terry soft-buffer foundation brush ) and it did a great job. I hope Beautylish can carry By Terry brushes too. I don't know other By Terry brushes but the soft-buffer foundation brush is really good.

Great!

This mask cleans, clears and clams down skin without causing dryness as other clay masks. It's expensive but I think it can be used for quite a long time. I used only half the recommended amount and still cover my face and upper part of my neck.

Soft!!!

I have a small patch of hyperpigmentation on my cheek. It's not difficult to be covered by any concealer. The problem was when I applied my blush with brush, the concealer was just swiped away! It made the pigmented patch even more conspicuous! I seeked help from the Beautylish MUA, he said it's because my brush was too hard. Actually I was using quite nice brushes already ( Shu Uemura and Rae Morris). He suggested me to try Z8. I ordered but without very high expectation. Turned out the MUA is right! The brush is so soft that it doesn't disturb my makeup underneath. Thanks! Thanks Beautylish and Chikuhodo!!!
