For my eye makeup looks, I usually prime my lids with Too Face Shadow Insurance but from time to time I use this e/s primer because, well, it's cheaper. In all fairness, it is a reasonable price for a primer, but it's not my first choice. I mainly use this primer for my neutral looks because it doesn't go as "transparent." If you don't blend it well, it's more of like a light cream color or I guess since I'm tan, it looks like a light shade of concealer. It doesn't feel as smooth as other primers (like UDPP or TFSI). It is more of a rough texture kinda like paint when its close to being dry. But then again, going back to the price of this product, what can you expect, right? Overall, it's not too bad if you are one of those people who like to do everyday natural looks. But if you are a person who likes to explore with colors especially bright, bold colors, you should invest a bit more in a better primer.
