Favorite Gel Liner
This is the best gel liner I have used yet. It goes on very smooth and dries to a sexi matte black. I use it in my waterline with no problem. I'm not sure if you are supposed to though.

The Best
Love This Stuff!!! didn't think I would like it at first but it grew on me and now I'm online looking for it everywhere because the store is out where I get it from!!!
